What the hell is up with kfc's coleslaw?

Yeah we got kfc tonight....bleh, i dont mind grease but kfc is like, way over the top, anywho we got coleslaw from them and its like, fluorescent green chunks of random veggie like stuff that really kinda just tastes like onion but not...like coleslaw should = cabbage..but this stuff dosnt taste like anything that occurs in nature
