Can someone who is familiar with tuning the GM 3800 Series II engine help me tune my car?

do you have a wideband on this car cus it looks like you gooing pig rich on full throttle. I've never played with a 3.8l or your tuner in particular but if your could pic up some power with less fuel up top if the comp a/f is acurate.
