Do I have a logical fallacy?

It is good in my opinion to have high moral standards but to try and impose those standards on others or punish them for wrong doing is counterproductive; it alienates them and makes you a pariah. Just "|lead by deed"; you'll never make everyone the same, to try is really an illogical obsession.
