Premonitions,who can explain them?

Another eerie pemonition I had in a dream when I finally got to sleep after our little earthquake about a dodgy geezer coming to my place after months away(over a year)from my home after a heated exchange,and I dreamt he came bla bla and suddenly I heard him about n hour ago whisling and shouting my name outside my front window,I live in a 2 story block.This is just one of many many dreams that have come true,like a warning to me,it sort of freaks me a bit but is also reuring,anyone else have similar experiences??
