Pre seminal fluid leakage?

ok i dont know what the problem is, im not cually ctive and i havent been getting arroused so rule out stds, and arrousal but for whatever reason if i squeeze my i seem to notice there is always some preseminal fluid inside< it just seems to beinside at random times, i also would like to know is there any treatment for this, any one know what the problem could be?? and do u think that the fluid is coming out of my without me knowing or its just staying inside until i squeeze it???
