Help me find the right solar panel?

I have no earthly idea what im looking for. I know that the solar panel needs to be strong enough to power a small bathroom. On a golf course. About what size should i be looking for? What type of amperage/wattage/voltage should i be looking for? I know that the panel also has to be strong enough to power a septic treatment plant, which runs on a 110. PLEASE HELP!
