I'm 17, 5'4'' and 165 lbs. My goal weight is 115-120. I do Yoga in the mornings, but sometimes I get fustrated and just give up and starve myself. I'm pretty exhausted by the time I get home from work so I have chips, little debbie snacks, tampico fruit juice (better than soda), and alcohol, on hand, and I smoke ciggerettes sometimes. I live a very unhealthy lifestyle. I want to change that, but I lack motivation and I don't really know how to use the equipment at my gym. I would appreciate any health advice that can help me out. Thanks.
