Pleae help I have Horrible Pain due to a mugging and I need something ?

A little less than 3 years ago I was a happy Vibrant young woman living in Chicago. In broad daylight, two people came up behind me, beat me over the head repeatedly, d me, and threw me behind a dumpster. A woman found me and brought me home. I had bruises everywhere and was diagnosed with a concussion. Two weeks later I had a mild stroke. I got most feeling back, but not some. I have been seeing a doc for the 3 years now. I was prescribed Xanax (due to PTSD) Clonopin(same) Dilatin(just had a seizure three months ago), Vicodin(the pain is UNBEARABLE sometimes all I do is lie in bed crying) ans Ambian( I can sleep due to the injury and the cirstances around it). The weather when it storms or gets cold makes this pain so much worse. I lose balance, memory etc. I can barely work without my meds. I have had many CT and MRI's but nothing shows up. I cannot do the dye one, because I am deathly allergic to iodine. The other day I went to my doc and he put my on Ultram something that isnt helping, and has a high risk for seizures. He took me off my sleep aids, and Xanax, but doubled my Clonopin. I by far am not an addict. To shopping yes yes I am an addict. I need these pills to stay going. I dont know really what to do. Do i tell him, or go to a different doctor. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
