Jehovah's Witnesses, why can't you ALL be indwelt by the Holy Spirit? Where does the scripture say you can't?

Wow I had no idea this is one of their views (very unscriptural like most of their beliefs). Like the fact that Yeshua did not claim to be God, and that the Tanakh does not give evidence of a God Messiah. Most of their views are unscriptural.
