What is wrong with the north Arlington, TX?

I have been reading about people who are moving to arlington asking where they should move and the people who answer always say to move to south arlington. Why is that? I live in North Arlington and I don't think its bad. I went to Butler Elementary and attend Shackelford. Both schools are pretty good, so what's wrong with north arlington?
