Ok this is embarring but a serious question, my husband has what looks like 2 peeholes?

i have been married for almost 10 yrs now and when we first got together i noticed this and also sensed he was afraid for me to see it, i have asked him many times if it has always been that way , and he says yes, he said he didnt know why it was like that, i asked him if his mother ever told him of maybe a possible accident during circision and he also said no , i have tried to research this and find info on it but i dont know how you would word something like that in the search box, lol. when i noticed it for the first time i was thinking to myself wtf, but liked him for who he was and just excepted it, but have always been curious, we have 3 children together 2 girls and 1 boy, they are all very healthy thank god, i have had ual partners before him and never seen nothing like it before so i knew it wasnt exactly "common" for lack of a better word, i have wondered if maybe it was and inutero abnormality, like the start of female genitalia? can anyone help me research this?
