Psychology student looking for a good university to take HR as a major?

My mom majored in HR and minored in phsycology, she was in the navy and went to Arkansas Univ. and Hawii University. Pratically every one in my family is involved in human resources. What my sister is doing is getting a job with human resources and mentoring a few. She's actually going to community college, but she's going to transfer to ECU. Pretty much you can go any where with HR as a major.
